The White Bear Lake Chapter of Let's Go Fishing was established in 2009. As we approach our fourth season serving the White Bear Lake area, we have seen the number of volunteers and participants grow significantly. Our volunteers enjoy sharing the beauty of White Bear Lake with the local community.

White Bear Lake is one of the largest lakes in the Twin Cities metropolitan area. It was incorporated in 1921 with a population over 2,000 and today has approximately 27,000 residents. Even with its size, White Bear Lake has been able to maintain that small town charm. With a thriving downtown area and summer events like Manitou Days, Marketfest, and the Farmers Market, it is a great place to live and visit.

In 2012, in addition to serving seniors (age 50+), active duty members, and veterans of any age, the White Bear Lake Chapter of Let's Go Fishing is now adding youth outings. If you are in the White Bear Lake area and have a senior (age 50+), active duty member, veteran, or youth group interested in booking a boating or fishing excursion, please contact us at (651) 278-8262 or email us at WBL@lgfws.com.

You can also visit www.letsgofishingwbl.com for more information on supporting the White Bear Lake Chapter.

We look forward to sharing the beauty of White Bear Lake with you!
