Lake of the Woods Chapter
Baudette is known as "Walleye Capital of the World." We are located on the northern border of MN near Lake of the Woods with a population of 1,104. Timber Mill Community Park, Peace Park enables you to get a view of Canada, the International Bridge, and Bay Front Park which is home of Willie Walleye. There are attractions like nature sites, historic sites and driving tours that can be complete while visiting the area.
The city of Baudette was formed in 1906 and we celebrated our 100 year anniversary in 2006.
The Lake of the Woods Chapter uses the "Rainy River" to do boating and fishing outings.
